MVM's investment philosophy rests on four underlying principles. We believe:

in a long-term, value approach to stock selection. We invest primarily in stocks that are out-of- favor, enjoy quality underlying assets and are either undergoing change or offer attractive free cash flow
that concentrated, yet prudently diversified portfolios provide the best way to achieve superior risk-adjusted returns
that strong fundamental research, combined with patience, is critical to successfully implementing our investment strategy
that company managements matter
