The firm was founded in 2001 by Phillip C. McClain after 20 years in institutional money management, investment banking and accounting. Joseph W. Donaldson joined in 2008 as a Managing Partner and Portfolio Manager. Joseph has over 20 years of investment experience. Today, the firm is 100% employee-owned and manages approximately $145 million across three investment strategies:
